LOVE the pizza!! Had it for the first time at a work event a couple weeks ago so decided to try it again, see if it was consistent. It was!! It was ready quick, it was hot and fresh. This is our new go to pizza place!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with 365 Pizza. We placed an order for approximately $150 worth of food and received confirmation that the order had been placed, only to be told by the restaurant that they had never received it. Despite us having confirmation, they refused to provide our order or issue a refund.
What made an already frustrating situation significantly worse was how we were treated when trying to resolve it. The interaction became incredibly disrespectful and confrontational. At one point, a staff member attempted to take the phone out of my mother-in-law’s hand and got directly in my partner’s face, making them both extremely uncomfortable.
We weren’t looking for an argument—we simply wanted the $150 order we had paid for or our money returned. A lost or missing order can happen, but the way a business responds to the problem says everything. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to become confrontational or for customers to be made to feel intimidated while trying to resolve a legitimate issue.
After spending that amount of money and being treated this way, I would not return or recommend this restaurant based on our experience. Completely disappointing and unacceptable customer service

Pizza was hot, tasty and decently priced.
